Acceptance of Terms Upon Download
By downloading, installing, or using NRM STUDIO , you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from downloading, installing, or using the Software. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically, and if at any time you find these Terms unacceptable or if you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately uninstall and refrain from using the Software.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Software, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of these Terms and Conditions.

a. The Software will require access to your device’s camera, photos, and files. All processes related to these accesses are performed on the client side only, ensuring your privacy.
b. For registration, the Software will collect and store your name, mobile number, email ID, and password. We value your privacy and will take appropriate measures to protect such information.
4. Usage
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software on any Android or PC device that you own or control.
5. Restrictions
You shall not:
a. License, sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, distribute or otherwise commercially exploit or make available to any third party the Software in any way.
b. Modify or make derivative works based on the Software.
c. Create internet “links” to the Software or “frame” or “mirror” any content on any other server or wireless or Internet-based device.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Software immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall NRM STUDIO, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Software; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and any personal information stored therein.
8. Changes to This Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least [30 days] notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

b. While we strive to ensure a seamless user experience, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or the correction of any particular software bug or error.
c. Users should not place undue pressure, demands, or liabilities on the company regarding the resolution of technical issues. We will work diligently to address and resolve issues, but users must exercise patience during such periods.
